Returns and Exchanges

At Summit4x4Store we strive to ensure you have a positive experience when using our products. As a result of this we inspect every item for faults before it leaves our store.

We are human though and at times we may miss things, we welcome you contact us if there are any issues!

We will refund the purchase price of an item if;

-There are faults to the aesthetics of our products. This is things that visually impair the look or style of the product when installed. 

-There are functional faults of the product purchased. This could include but is not limited to zips misaligned or jamming, stitches coming loose or anything else that may cause the item to not work as intended.

-We do not take responsibility for any damages or faults caused by misuse or west and tear. It is expected that the quality of all products wear and age with use.

We will exchange the item if;

-You are not satisfied with the product you have purchased (in the case there are no visual or functional faults)

-We have made a mistake with your order. The wrong item has been sent out for example.

Shipping on returns/exchanges

We expect that all items that are exchanged or refunded are sent back to us for inspection and the appropriate action will be taken in a timely manner.

Shipping costs will be covered but the party responsible for the need to return or exchange an item.

Pre Order items

From time to time we may have items on pre order, this will be displayed and made aware of. Pre-Order means we are likely working with suppliers to fine tune a product or secure a better deal for you! In most cases these items will be discounted and may even include free shipping.

We do not accept any refunds on pre order items as a result of lead times or wait times. Any time framed given to you will strictly be an estimate and will have many varying factors at play.

In the event that we cannot fulfil pre orders, a full refund of the purchase price will be made.
